GLENDALE, Ariz. — In the raw moments after the Seattle Seahawks' crushing 28-24 Super Bowl XLIX loss to the New England Patriots, Pete Carroll told Russell Wilson that the quarterback's game-sealing interception on second-and-goal from the Patriots half-yard line was the coach's fault.

Why Carroll didn't call for a handoff to Marshawn Lynch, who finished with 102 yards and averaged 4.3 yards per carry, will haunt the Seahawks and their fans forever.

Instead, Wilson threw a pass intended for receiver Ricardo Lockette that rookie cornerback Malcolm Butler intercepted to secure the Patriots' first Super Bowl title in 10 years.

"The message from coach Carroll was he took the blame for it," Wilson said. "That wasn't his fault. I put the blame on me for not making that play. I'm the one who threw it. ... I thought it was going to be a touchdown.

"I don't question the call. I thought it was a good call."

Former Seahawks cornerback Brandon Browner, now a Patriot disagreed.

"These coaches are so smart, they out-strategize themselves," Browner told USA TODAY Sports, wondering what motivated Carroll — and coordinator Darrell Bevell — to make the call that backfired so badly.

"He's got the same level of intelligence as Bill (Belichick), but I think he just tricked himself," Browner said of Carroll. "You know what I mean? You've got the best back in the game. Why don't you just turn around and hand him the ball? But sometimes, coaches out-think themselves."

Bevell also accepted his share of the blame.

"Yes, I made the call," he said of Seattle's final offensive play. "The guy made a great play."

The now-dethroned Seahawks stood poised on the cusp of kicking down the dynasty door that has been barred since the Patriots last won consecutive titles in 2003 and 2004.

Carroll said the call for a quick slant to Lockette was dictated by the Patriots deploying their run-stuffing package.

"We were going to run the ball to win the game — just not on that play," Carroll said. "They had sent in their goal-line people. They had guys on the line of scrimmage. So we thought we'd spread them out with three wides. ... We had three downs and we had a timeout.

"This one didn't work out for us. In retrospect, we could have run it."

Patriots owner Robert Kraft, Carroll's former employer, was asked about the play call on NFL Network after the game.

After a slight pause, a smiling Kraft answered: "I'm very happy."

FOR THE WIN

The Seahawks know they picked the worst possible time to go "Least Mode" when they should have leaned on their offensive linchpin.

At the end of a dynasty-crushing night, Lynch was gone, off into the night, disappearing from the locker room before many of his teammates had even peeled off their cleats. Lynch threw on a sweat suit, joined a small crew of friends and promptly left the building, pushing a couple of camera lenses out of his face and heading clear of the scene of defeat.

All the while, he laughed and joked, responding to every comment from his pals with a cackle while, as ever, the enigmatic running back ignored media questions.

FOR THE WIN

What on earth was Seattle thinking?

But there was no part of this he found to be funny. Lynch was done with this Super Bowl, turning his back one more time and making tracks, marching as always to his own tune.

"Unfortunately, it was real hard luck," Carroll said. "There's no other way to look at it right now."

Carroll told his players afterward, "They're a great team. They were on the precipice of winning another one."

Cornerback Richard Sherman spoke for an injury-depleted secondary that lost nickelback Jeremy Lane to a broken left arm after his first-quarter goal line interception. Later, defensive end Cliff Avril went down with a third-quarter concussion.

"It's tough to repeat," Sherman said. "But it's doable. I don't think it had anything to do with how tough it is to repeat.

"The guy (Butler) made the play of a lifetime."

Convert your music to 432Hz

“If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration.” – Nikola Tesla

“What we have called matter is energy, whose vibration has been so lowered as to be perceptible to the senses. There is no matter.” – Albert Einstein

Tesla said it. Einstein Agreed. Science proved it. It is a known fact that everything—including our own bodies—is made up of energy vibrating at different frequencies. That being said, can sound frequencies affect us? They sure can. Frequencies affect frequencies; much like mixing ingredients with other ingredients affects the overall flavor of a meal. The way frequencies affect the physical world has been demonstrated through various experiments such as the science of Cymatics and water memory.

The science of Cymatics illustrates that when sound frequencies move through a particular medium such as water, air or sand, it directly alters the vibration of matter. Below are pictures demonstrating how particles adjust to different frequencies. (Click here to watch a video demonstrating the patterns of sound frequencies)

Water memory also illustrates how our own intentions can even alter the material world. This has been demonstrated by Dr. Masaru Emoto, who has performed studies showing how simple intentions through sound, emotions and thoughts can dramatically shape the way water crystallizes.

We all hold a certain vibrational frequency, not to mention our bodies are estimated to be about 70% water… so we can probably expect that musical frequencies can alter our own vibrational state. Some may call this ‘pseudoscience,’ however the science and patterns shown above don’t lie. Every expression through sound, emotion or thought holds a specific frequency which influences everything around it—much like a single drop of water can create a larger ripple effect in a large body of water.

Music Frequency

With this concept in mind, let us bring our attention to the frequency of the music we listen to. Most music worldwide has been tuned to A=440 Hz since the International Standards Organization (ISO) promoted it in 1953. However, studies regarding the vibratory nature of the universe indicate that this pitch is disharmonious with the natural resonance of nature and may generate negative effects on human behaviour and consciousness. Certain theories even suggest that the nazi regime has been in favor of adopting this pitch as standard after conducting scientific researches to determine which range of frequencies best induce fear and aggression. Whether or not the conspiracy is factual, interesting studies and observations have pointed towards the benefits of tuning music to A=432 Hz instead.

432 Hz is said to be mathematically consistent with the patterns of the universe. Studies reveal that 432hz tuning vibrates with the universe’s golden mean PHI and unifies the properties of light, time, space, matter, gravity and magnetism with biology, the DNA code and consciousness. When our atoms and DNA start to resonate in harmony with the spiraling pattern of nature, our sense of connection to nature is magnified.

“From my own observations, some of the harmonic overtone partials of A=432hz 12T5 appear to line up to natural patterns and also the resonance of solitons. Solitons need a specific range to form into the realm of density and span from the micro to the macro cosmos. Solitons are not only found in water mechanics, but also in the ion-acoustic breath between electrons and protons.” – Brian T. Collins

Let’s explore the experiential difference between 440 Hz and 432 Hz. The noticeable difference music lovers and musicians have noticed with music tuned in 432 Hz is that it is not only more beautiful and harmonious to the ears, but it also induces a more inward experience that is felt inside the body at the spine and heart. Music tuned in 440 Hz was felt as a more outward and mental experience, and was felt at the side of the head which projected outwards. Audiophiles have also stated that 432hz music seems to be non-local and can fill an entire room, whereas 440hz can be perceived as directional or linear in sound propagation.

“The overall sound difference was noticeable, the 432 version sounding warmer, clearer and instantly sounded more listenable but the 440 version felt tighter, with more aggressive energy.” – Anonymous guitarist

The video below was created by someone with no preference or opinion on whether 432 Hz or 440 Hz is better. Therefore, the way both versions of the melody is played is unbiased. It is up to us to tune in and feel which one feels more harmonious to us! (More videos demonstrating the difference between both tunings are available online.)

I personally have enjoyed many bands, artists and styles of music even though they were tuning in 440 hz, however by comparing a few songs in both 432 hz and 440 hz, I can feel and hear the difference. I wouldn’t say that my experience of 440hz music has turned me into an aggressive person, but I can understand how an entire population being exposed to music that is more mind directed as opposed to heart directed—not to mention all of the materialistic and ego-driven lyrics in most popular music—is a perfect combination to maintain a more discordant frequency and state of consciousness within humanity.

“Music based on C=128hz (C note in concert A=432hz) will support humanity on its way towards spiritual freedom. The inner ear of the human being is built on C=128 hz” – Rudolph Steiner

I cannot state with complete certainty that every idea suggested in this article is 100% accurate, nor am I an expert on the subject. For this reason, I suggest that we each do our own research on the matter with an open yet discerning mind if we are looking for scientific validation. However, we all possess intuition and the ability to observe without judgment—which can be just as valuable (if not more) as filling our heads with external data and even scientific concepts. It is therefore up to us to tone down the urge to jump to conclusions and instead EXPERIENCE the difference between 440 Hz and 432 Hz. To do so, we need to listen with our entire body and a neutral awareness as opposed to with our mental ideas, judgments and preconceptions. Let me know which frequency resonates more with you!

Mt. Hood beer glass is a hit on Kickstarter and a truly Oregon pint

(North Drinkware)

Another Portland-made beer product looks set to follow the lead of uKeg and make a serious splash with its Kickstarter campaign.

North Drinkware seeks $15,000 to start production on their cool Mt. Hood pint glasses, and with 30 days to go, they've already raised twice that amount and are a Kickstarter Staff Pick.

The company is made up of three friends -- designer Matt Capozzi, designer and production guy Nic Ramirez and marketer Leigh Capozzi -- with more than 30 years combined professional product design, engineering, and marketing experience. They live and work in Portland and explore the mountains, coast, trails and rivers as much as possible.

They set out to design and produce a truly Oregon-centric beer glass and they've succeeded admirably. It's a great idea and looks to be beautifully made -- I'm eager to try my first pint in one of their glasses.

THE SOLUTION IS ALWAYS INSIDE THE PROBLEM

MODERN SCIENCE REVEALS ANCIENT PRACTICE – THE SOLUTION IS ALWAYS INSIDE THE PROBLEM

Scientists at the Florida campus of The Scripps Research Institute have recently found something which brings us back to our spiritual roots and connection to everything. The answer and resolution to the problem lies within the problem itself. An old proverb which has had many iterations and versions throughout history.
It’s meaning is that if you want to solve a problem, don’t go looking somewhere else for the answer. Look at the problem, the makeup of the problem, and find the solution based on that data.
As I always like to say, usually a problem is a result of one of two things.
Too much yin, not enough Yang.
or
Too much yang, not enough yin.
Researchers have found that by looking at diseased cells, they can uncover the missing element that is causing it to be diseased, and uncover its opposite and generate a cure to the problem in the process.
“We’re using a cell as a reaction vessel and a disease-causing defect as a catalyst to synthesize a treatment in a diseased cell,” said TSRI Professor Matthew Disney. “Because the treatment is synthesized only in diseased cells, the compounds could provide highly specific therapeutics that only act when a disease is present. This means we can potentially treat a host of conditions in a very selective and precise manner in totally unprecedented ways.”
-ScienceDaily
solutionsWhile i’m not a fan that their whole goal out of this is most likely to create drugs for symptom management, the fact that they are able to do this is remarkably interesting, which relates strongly to many ancient sciences.
In short and just to reiterate again: The solution to the problem lies within the problem itself, and all you need to do is look at the problem and understand it to know what the appropriate solution is.
A German Doctor and Scientist Frank Hamer was a very renowned Doctor who recently began speaking about this phenomenon in medicine practice. He has had tremendous success with this idea, which is remarkably close to what we’re talking about here. He posed that all suffering and disease is a physical manifestation and representation of an emotional trauma of some kind, and that resolving that trauma would also cause the physical problem to disappear.
Upon making such claims, a large part of the medical community turned away from him. A common thing to do for humans when new information is presented that would completely flip everything we think we know on its head.
This actually reminds me of a wonderful woman I met several years ago named Dory Brown. She lived in Asheville and shared some remarkable wisdom with us at the Spirit Science gathering that we put on at her place.
What she shared was that the thing that harms you is always located right next to the thing that cures you. She demonstrated this by picking up some poison ivy and rubbing it in her hands. Then, she bent over and picked up a plant that is often found growing right next to poison ivy, and rubbed that on her hands.
Jewelweed - grown next to poison ivy, nulls the effects and itching of poison ivy.
Jewelweed – grown next to poison ivy, nulls the effects and itching of poison ivy.
She never experienced any trauma or irritations in her skin from this, and she explained that the 2nd plant nullified the harmful effects of the first. If you know what you’re looking for, you can find it every time. The plants name is called jewelweed.
This “problem/remedy” vibration is a natural part of the world, regardless of if its emotional, mental, physically nature in the myriad of ways that problems can come about.
You just have to be willing to do a little bit of exploration :)
With love,
Jordan Pearce

Could Déjà Vu Be A Way To Obtain Information From Other Dimensions?

by Anna LeMind

Deja vu is one of the little-known and mysterious phenomena of our psyche. Many people sometimes feel that a situation in their life has already been experienced before in all the details. But how and when? This phenomenon is called déjà vu, which in French means ‘already seen’. It is a condition in which a person feels that once he already experienced a situation of the present, but the feeling is not associated with a specific moment of the past, but refers to the past in general.

Deja vu is quite common. Psychologists believe that 97 % of people have experienced it at least once. Sometimes people are afraid of deja vu and worry about their mental health. What lies beyond human understanding, always frightens us.

The reasons that cause the phenomenon are still not clear. It might be caused by the processes in the parts of the brain associated with memory and perception. There is a hypothesis that sometimes the perceived information gets to the memory areas sooner than to the area of the primary analysis. Thus, the brain, comparing the situation with its ‘neurocopy’ already received by the memory, concludes that it already happened before.

The human brain works with the help of biological electricity. It receives bioelectric energy from the whole body and itself. The two hemispheres of the brain concentrate energy in different ways. The left hemisphere concentrates electrical impulses with a negative charge, and the right hemisphere – the ones with a positive charge. The potential difference results in a manifold increase of the incoming electrical energy of low-frequency waves. But there is also a high-frequency current, which is perceived by our brain and body as a whole from the environment. This high-frequency subtle energy is used by our nervous system to provide all the physiological and psychological functions. Science has long proven that no man or any other living being can survive without the subtle energy. At the same time, our brain can also produce this kind of energy. This happens during the process of thinking because as a result of mental activity, dense electricity is converted into the subtle.

Subtle energy has been known to man for a long time. Psychologists call it mental or spiritual energy, physics – the energy of the physical vacuum. Scientists have discovered an elementary particle of this energy – psychon, an analog of the electron in the dense energy. Psychophysical studies have shown that thinking is primarily a process of producing the subtle electricity with certain characteristics of the information. Thus, some psychics can see thought forms as subtle electric field in different colors.

Psychology cannot yet describe in detail this feature of our thought forms. But experimental achievements in the field of quantum physics prove the very possibility of the existence of thought forms as energy simultaneously in different spatiotemporal continuities. It is proved that quantum can exist in different places at the same time! Astrophysics confirms this possibility with the discovery that light from distant stars comes to us from the past, present and future simultaneously.

Thus, if a person is experiencing deja vu, it may be the result of the information brought by his strong thought forms from the past or future. We have a wonderful and mysterious at first glance possibility to obtain information from different spatiotemporal continuitiesconnected with us through our thought forms. Very strong, sustained thought forms are created under the influence of strong emotions and motivations. Therefore, very emotional people with dominant behavior are most likely to experience deja vu.

Deja vu is not a mental disorder and there is no need to worry if you are experiencing it. Try to get the emotional satisfaction of this phenomenon and the fear will disappear immediately. Further studies on the deja vu phenomenon will help biconsciously control it and use it toexplore human psychic abilities.

HUGH JACKMAN USES MEDITATION DAILY

Inspired by an article on Huffington Post| and the spiritscience.net

Wolverine star Hugh Jackman revealed in the latest issue of Men’s Health that meditation “changed his life.” We have seem some famous celebrities such as Russel Brand and Jim Carey start to awaken and share their wisdom with the world, and now Hugh Jackman can be added to the list of celebrities who are awake.

Hugh Jackman Explaining his experience with meditation

He has been very open about relaxation and meditation, which has become a fundamental part of his wellbeing over the last 20 years. In an interview, he said: “I practice different strains of meditation and its really changed my life. It is not a religious thing.”

In an interview to Oprah he also said the following:

“In meditation, I can let go of everything. I’m not Hugh Jackman. I’m not a dad. I’m not a husband. I’m just dipping into that powerful source that creates everything. I take a little bath in it.”

It’s cool how he doesn’t treat it as if it this weird, mystifying practice. He speaks about it in the same casual way a person may speak about going on a vacation.

Transcendental meditation has also featured in Hugh’s life “Nothing has ever opened my eyes like transcendental meditation has. It makes me calm and happy, and, well, it gives me some peace and quiet in what’s a pretty chaotic life!”

“I meditated before I hosted the Oscars, I meditate before I go on stage, I meditate in the morning and lunchtime when I’m on a film set.”
